Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat vanilla or plain yogurt
1/2 cup Silk soy milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder – can use chocolate
1/2 cup frozen fruit
Easy Directions:
When making smoothies with protein powder, I always like to add the milk first, then protein powder, and give that a quick whizz before adding the rest of the ingredients – just stops any lumpy bits!
Add the fruit and yogurt and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
