Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries (or other berries of choice)
1 banana, fresh and peeled
2 Tbsp flax seed, ground
2 cups low fat vanilla soy milk

Easy Directions:
Simply place the soy milk, banana, then berries, and flax seed into a blender, blend until all of the frozen fruit has blended well (about the time it takes me to unload the dishwasher J).
