Pineapple -Grapefr uit Juice

 Thinly pare a strip of zest from 1 ruby red grapefruit and cut in thin

strips. Peel the rest of the fruit. Juice the grapefruit and 1 small 

pineapple (peeled and sliced). Pour over crushed ice in a large glass and garnish with the grapefruit zest.
